SOE Leads Major Teacher Recruitment and Development Programme in Gilgit-Baltistan

The Syed Ahsan Ali and Syed Maratib Ali School of Education (SOE) is leading the Gilgit-Baltistan Education Fellows Project in Gilgit-Baltistan. This is a teacher recruitment and development programme funded by the Government of Gilgit-Baltistan.
With a project volume of PKR 847 million, this initiative reflects SOE’s deepening commitment to strengthening public education in underserved regions. The programme focuses on improving both the recruitment and professional development of teachers across the province, aiming to address critical gaps in educational access and quality.
